Completing the technical files, allocating & planning orders with suppliers, approvals, production follow-ups, communication, we have a complete team of merchandisers.
pattern making
At BK Fashions, our goal is to turn design ideas into perfectly fitted garments. By using CAD software the patterns are made directly on the computer and it can be digitally stored, printed, and e-mailed as well.
cutting
The facility is well equipped with imported cutting machines used for its accuracy in bulk cutting. We have Japanese layer cutting machines for smooth and productive cutting process. Fully automatic rib cutter machine is used to trim the binding with accuracy to get good finesse on the finished garments.
stitching
We have high speed latest state-of-art sewing machines of reputed international brands like: Juki, & Brother, to ensure high quality product.
finishing & packing
Our finishing work station is equipped with Fabric Checking Table, vacuum tables, and steam irons and stain removing work stations. We adopt precise quality control measures in the production process. We manufacture our garments with value and the third eye for details. We follow 1.5 AQL standards.
embroidery
Our embroidery unit comprises teams of experienced artisans and technical experts. Our designers and illustrators think out of the box to get that we exquisite and sophisticated patterns. We have 11 in house multi-head, multi coloured computerised embroidery machines.
washing
We have state-of-the art front loaded micro-process controlled washing facilities with a expertise of washing from brand like Fabcare etc.We have in-house washing facility for more than 80,000 garments per day. We have following machines at our facility:
- 3 Steam boilers, Washing machines and dryers.
- Drying tumbler and stain removing machines
- 1 PERC dry cleaning machine (FIRBIMATIC)
Store
Our store is where we keep our fabric & trims. We can hold upto 300,000 meter fabric safely and securely in our storage.
digital printing
We have the latest printing facilities, which can produce over 50,000 meters a month. We are also equipped with digital laboratory printing to turn-around the samples faster. We are also having Rotary Printing for printing of Fabrics.
Showroom
We have 2 showrooms ready at all time for meetings with our clients.
